CAUTION: A Pavlova is not, I repeat, not the same thing as an Angel Food Cake.Last week we bought an AFC to enjoy strawberry shortcake and enjoy it we did. This week, we bought a Pavlova thinking it was the same thing essentially, both fat free, gluten free fluffy tuffies. WRONG.
Mouth full of curdled egg white. Mouth full of puke.
