Guy (holding door open for his friend): Hey
Friend: You would not believe how much a lemonade costs these days.
Guy: That? How much?
Friend: Well it was full when I got it but still it cost a dollar.
Guy: That's inflation for ya.
Friend: That is some serious Kid Nation Inflation.
