Love Collection

Adam and I have a lot in common. Never were we more sure we were meant for each other than when we found, to our own amazement and now yours, that we share a love for commemorative plates. Together, we have amassed an enormous collection. We thought we'd share a few of our favorites.

Adam received this one of Jean-Luc Picard for his 13th birthday from his Great Aunt Grace.
GAG loves the Trek.

I gave this one to my best friend, Evelyn, for her bat mitzvah (cause she's was a real joker), but she said she didn't like it so I took it back.

Liberace. We stole this one.

The Cal Ripken Jr Commemorative Plate is a ceramic masterpiece, much like Ripken.

We no longer have the Charles Lindburgh plate; this is just a picture.
I read a book about the pilot, politico, and tortured parent being a Nazi and broke it.
No Nazi plates in our house.

And our best plate to date is the one commemorating Dr. King.
We don't eat off of this one for obvious reasons.

Even on a plate, he is moving.
